Loving our neighbours requires us to address the lack of housing that constitutes an affront to  human dignity. It also mandates listening to individuals with empathy and compassion and working with them to develop housing communities that are inclusive, supportive and sustainable.

Every unhoused person in Windsor-Essex has the opportunity to reside in a safe, supportive and affordable housing community with access to the resources needed to address the physical, psychological or social conditions that foster homelessness.
